Our workshops for young people provide a fun opportunity to develop and improve the participants' skills to perform in future theatrical productions, to devise and to improvise and to go through a performance related artistic process.

International Connections
A Week Long Vacation Workshop for Young People

Mon, 9th - Fri, 13th of October 2023
@ 9.30 - 13.00

Workshop in English led by Scott Holland

for young people ages 11 - 15

This class is open to English speaking teens who would be interested to enrol for the whole time period. No previous experience is necessary. This workshop will include the basics of acting including using imagination, movement, voice projection, confidence and of course having fun! We will work on scenes and characters using a collection of scenes all addressing international connections.

General information:

  • Dates: Monday 9th - Friday 9th of October 2023 @ 9.30 - 13.00

  • Location of classes: Basel English Panto Cellar; Sperrstrasse 67, 4057 Basel.

  • Tuition Costs: CHF 280 per student.

  • There will be a maximum of participants of 15 people.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Please notice that the registration is binding. If you unsubscribe from the class within 10 days before the workshop starts, the full fee has to be paid.

  • Please note that the children shouldn't miss sessions.

  • Insurance for each child is the responsibility of the child/children's’ parent or guardian.

  • No previous acting experience is necessary.  Confirmation will be provided at the latest by Friday, 29th of September 2023.
